Our Children’s class provides the children with the opportunity to develop a positive self-image, strengthen their sense of respect, and obtain a “can do” attitude while learning martial arts and having fun.
Students will undergo warm-up routines followed by physical exercise and stretching, then delve into kicking & punching exercises, self-defense techniques, and patterns training or sparring.
Building a strong foundation in the basics will enhance their abilities and prepare them for the next level.
