The Adult class is for 13 year olds on up. Although many students may be young and in shape, others may not be. Therefore, this class would help maintain their fitness & flexibility and help others reach their potential to live a healthier and improved lifestyle.
Students are viewed as individuals and not compared to other students that may not be in their age group. They will be encouraged to train to the best of their abilities through mixed martial arts, self-defense, self-confidence, and self-control.
Committing yourself to a weekly routine will aid in the development of muscle tone and flexibility while burning calories during aerobic exercises.
